Who we are and how we checked
Tibexa designs, builds and runs outbound systems, which makes us a competitor of all three firms. We report what each firm publishes and do not rate its results. Case-study figures are the firms' own claims. Every fact below was read on 18 October 2026 from the firm's own site, or from its Clutch profile where we say so.
Martal's site returned an HTTP 403 error to our standard page fetch, so we retrieved its homepage and pricing page through a web-scraping service.
All three are operating as of 18 October 2026. Belkins's Clutch profile shows a most recent review dated 27 July 2026 and its own pages load. Martal's Clutch profile shows a most recent review dated 16 June 2026, and the cookie declaration on its pricing page was updated on 27 September 2026. CIENCE's pricing page is live, its footer reads 2026, and its about page says graph8 owns it.

Compare units before you compare quotes. An appointment, a qualified lead and a held meeting are three different things, and a contract should define the one you pay for.
Belkins
Belkins describes itself as an outbound lead generation agency for B2B companies across 50+ industries. Its homepage lists sales development, outsourced SDRs, lead generation, sales enablement, lead nurturing, lead generation training, demand generation, HubSpot CRM consulting, deliverability consulting and account-based marketing. Its channels are cold email, cold and intent calling, voicemail, SMS and WhatsApp, LinkedIn and paid advertising (Belkins).
On pricing, the page describes "monthly retainer packages" and tells visitors: "Talk to our expert to find out what pricing plan suits you more." It shows no dollar amounts, no minimum commitment and no guarantee terms. The only contract language is for enterprise: "custom SLAs and contract terms tailored to enterprise procurement" (pricing page). The homepage claims the service costs "just a fourth of the in-house cost" and shows no figures behind it.
On results, the homepage says clients can expect 100 to 400+ qualified appointments in a year and describes these as average outcomes that depend on multiple factors. It does not describe a guarantee or a remedy. It lists case studies, all as Belkins's claims: IGS, 330 booked appointments in 15 months at a 120% average monthly KPI; Omnicharge, 320+ appointments in 12 months; and OpenTeleHealth, 116 appointments in 4 months. Its case-study page adds GE HealthCare, 135 in-person meetings in 7 months, and ATS Marketing, 49 sales meetings and $2.4M in pipeline (case studies).
Belkins's Clutch profile lists 234 reviews at a 4.9 out of 5 average, a 2017 founding year and a Denver headquarters (Clutch). Those ratings come from reviews submitted through Clutch, and we have not audited them.
Get price and terms in writing. The pages list the longest service menu of the three but no amounts, and nothing on standard-plan terms.
Martal Group
Martal calls itself "the #1 AI-powered outbound engine" for B2B companies. Its homepage says it has 200+ onshore sales executives (60 percent in the US, 20 percent in Canada, 10 percent in Europe and 10 percent in Latin America), 15 years in business, and a proprietary AI outreach system. Services include B2B appointment setting, outbound lead generation, cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn lead generation, sales training and inbound lead qualification. Clients choose a fractional, full-time or enterprise team structure (Martal).
Martal's pricing page has three tiers. Tier 1 is outbound lead generation: "Pricing: flat fee per month," with a "3 Month Pilot Campaign" and a monthly subscription after it. Tiers 2 and 3 add customer onboarding, and tier 3 adds account management; both are priced at a flat monthly fee plus sales commission, with a "4 Month Pilot Campaign." Each outbound tier says to inquire about pricing. The homepage notes that attending conferences and publishing for backlinks are at extra cost (pricing page).
The same page gives an "average production funnel" for one month: 3,000 to 5,000 prospects targeted, 9,000 to 12,000 emails sent, 250 to 450 calls, 600 to 700 LinkedIn follow-ups, 150 to 200 responses, 20 to 30 qualified leads and 5 to 15 "flipped" leads. The page does not define "flipped." The homepage shows results by industry without naming clients, for example 145 booked meetings over 27 months in technology and 349 booked meetings over 13.5 months in e-commerce, and says it generated 30,000 sales-ready leads in 2025. These are Martal's claims.
Martal's Clutch profile lists 109 reviews at a 4.8 out of 5 average, Premier Verified status, a 2009 founding year and an Oakville, Canada headquarters (Clutch).
Weigh the 3 or 4 month pilot before signing, since no price is published. The funnel counts qualified leads, so ask how many become held meetings.
CIENCE
CIENCE sells outsourced B2B sales development. Its core offer is appointment setting through outbound SDR teams, with inbound SDR follow-up, cold email, cold calling and telemarketing alongside, and data, demand generation and outsourced marketing products around it. The homepage cites "2,500+ B2B clients over 10+ years" and clients "from startup to enterprise" (CIENCE). Its about page says graph8 owns CIENCE as its managed-services arm and cites "1,000+ B2B programs" (about page). The pages we read do not reconcile the two counts.
CIENCE is the only one of the three that publishes prices. Its pricing page lists a campaign team at $2,000 a month and the graph8 platform at $499 a month with 75,000 credits, then each SDR at a monthly rate that starts at $1,750 offshore, $2,500 in Europe or $3,500 in the US. A performance bonus sits on top: nothing below 60 percent of a held-meeting target, then a formula that multiplies "base" by the percent of target and by 0.35 (60 to 99 percent) or 0.7 (100 percent and above). The page does not define "base," does not give the one-time setup fee, and does not explain what the "starting at" prices depend on. Its own example is five offshore SDRs at $11,249 a month plus bonus. The contract is "month to month, no long contract," and setup is "live in less than 14 days" (pricing page).
On results, the homepage says each SDR produces "5 to 20+ qualified meetings a month per SDR, depending on industry and target." Its case studies, all CIENCE's claims, include SendBird, 227 appointments in 4 months; Mandolin, 110 qualified meetings in 6 months against a target of 8 a month; and Stage 1 Financial, 190+ appointments with CEOs and founders (case studies).
A quote is still needed for the monthly cost, because the bonus base and setup fee are missing from the page.
How to choose between them
Match the firm to the constraint you have. The sources are too thin to rank the three on results.
- If you need to budget from a public page and stay flexible, CIENCE is the only one of the three that lets you do the first sum without a call, and its contract is month to month.
- If you want one vendor for email, calling, SMS, LinkedIn and paid ads, with CRM and deliverability consulting alongside, Belkins lists the longest service menu.
- If you want the agency to run discovery calls or close deals, Martal's tiers 2 and 3 say they do, and its pilots are 3 and 4 months.
Put five questions to any of them, ourselves included. What exactly is the unit billed, and how is a qualified meeting defined? Who owns the domains, inboxes, lists and copy at the end? What happens when a pilot or month ends? Who writes the messages, and can you edit them before they send? How many of the meetings in the case studies came from clients with a deal size like yours?
For comparison, Tibexa's model is that clients own the infrastructure, data and copy, there is no lock-in, and success is measured on booked meetings. Our PR and brand agency engagement booked 130+ meetings, 24 of them in the first 12 days (case study). That is our own claim from one engagement. We suit B2B companies with a proven offer and capacity for 20+ sales calls a month, and you can see how we build it on the cold email systems page. For the in-house alternative see agency vs in-house SDR team, and for more firms see our lists of appointment-setting companies and B2B lead generation agencies.
Questions
Which of Belkins, Martal and CIENCE publishes its prices?
Only CIENCE lists amounts: a $2,000 monthly campaign team, a $499 platform fee and SDRs from $1,750 a month, plus a bonus and setup fee. Belkins lists no amounts and Martal asks you to inquire (checked 18 October 2026).
Are Belkins, Martal and CIENCE still operating?
Yes, on the evidence we read on 18 October 2026. Belkins's Clutch profile shows a review from 27 July 2026, Martal's shows one from 16 June 2026, and CIENCE's live pricing page and about page show it owned by graph8.
Do any of them guarantee results?
The pages we read state no guarantee terms. Belkins describes 100 to 400+ appointments a year as average outcomes that depend on multiple factors.
Which one is best?
The sources do not support a single ranking. CIENCE is the easiest to budget for, Belkins lists the widest services, and Martal states closing tiers, so the right choice follows your constraint.
