Effective October 18, 2026. This policy explains what Peak Purple LLC collects through tibexa.com and how it uses it.

Tibexa is a brand of Peak Purple LLC, St. Petersburg, Florida. Questions about this policy go to salih@tibexa.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us by email, phone or when you book a call (name, work email, company and what you tell us about your needs).
- Booking details you enter on Calendly, which handles the scheduling.
- Usage data from Google Analytics 4, such as pages viewed, referrer, device type and approximate location, along with clicks on booking and email links.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and send proposals you ask for. We use analytics data to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who receives it
Service providers process data on our behalf: Google (analytics), Calendly (scheduling) and our email and hosting providers. Each handles data under its own terms. We disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Retention
We keep enquiry and call records for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing salih@tibexa.com. Residents of some US states, the UK and the EU have additional statutory rights, and we honor them.
