Best cold email agencies in 2026

Four of the nine agencies here publish a price or price floor for cold email: Sopro (from around £3,000 a month), OutreachBloom (from $2,400), Belkins (from $5,000) and Lead Cookie (from $1,500). Growth Engine X says its domains, inboxes and lists are transferable to you. We ranked all nine on what a buyer can verify from each vendor's own pages, because we have not run any of these programs.

Tibexa publishes this ranking and sells outbound services, so it is a vendor in this market. Every entry was checked against the linked sources on October 18, 2026.

How we chose and ranked these agencies

Tibexa publishes this list and sells cold email systems itself, so it appears as one entry, placed by the same checks as the others. We read each agency's own website on 18 October 2026. We did not call any of them, buy from them or read their reviews, so this list cannot tell you which one gets the most replies. Every number attributed to an agency is that agency's own claim.

The ranking uses five checks. Is cold email a core product, stated plainly? Does the site publish a price or a pricing model? Does it say who owns the domains, inboxes, lists and copy? Does it state who it fits and who it does not? Does it state contract terms? Agencies that publish a price or price floor come first, then those that publish only a pricing model, then those that publish neither. Within each group the order follows how many of the other four checks the agency's own pages answer.

We left out LeadBird, whose page, as we could load it, gave only a one-sentence description. Agencies that sell cold email as one of several services are included only where their own page describes the cold email offer. For wider shortlists, see B2B lead generation agencies and cold email software.

Sopro

Best for B2B companies that want managed multi-channel outreach, cold email included, at a stated price floor in pounds sterling. The offer covers B2B lead generation, cold email, demand generation and account-based engagement, and its navigation lists a dedicated B2B cold email agency service.

Its pricing page says pricing starts at around £3,000 a month, lists no tiers because each campaign is tailored, and says there is no minimum contract. It describes the service as fully managed, with a bespoke audience built fresh and data you can download and keep.

The homepage headline says Sopro is trusted by 3,750+ businesses while its statistics block shows 3,375 clients, so ask for references. We read the homepage and pricing page; we did not read its cold email service page. Source: Sopro pricing and Sopro homepage, checked 18 October 2026.

OutreachBloom

Best for B2B SaaS and services companies with roughly 10 to 200 employees that want email outbound fully managed at a published price. It has four services: AI SEO, Reddit marketing, cold email outreach and LinkedIn outreach. It says it is not a fit for B2C or local consumer businesses.

Its pricing page lists cold email outreach from $2,400 a month, covering 10k to 100k targeted B2B contacts emailed per month. The page says OutreachBloom builds and manages the infrastructure, handles deliverability, builds the lead list, writes the messaging (you approve it), runs A/B testing and manages replies.

The pages we read state no contract length and say nothing about who owns the domains, inboxes and lists if you leave, so ask. The same pricing page sells other services, so check you are quoted for the cold email line only. Source: OutreachBloom pricing and OutreachBloom homepage, checked 18 October 2026.

Belkins

Best for companies that want cold email bundled with calling and LinkedIn from one vendor. The service is a cold email program in which Belkins says it validates the target list by hand, configures DNS and mailboxes, warms them up, runs the campaign and handles replies.

Its cold email page shows an average starter price of "from $5,000" with 1,500 leads a month and "100+ guaranteed appts/year", without defining the guarantee or the billing period on that line. It quotes "average" campaign results of a 6%+ email reply rate and 99% of emails reaching inboxes, and says some projects send over 10K emails a month while others send two to three times fewer. No contract length is published.

Those figures are Belkins' claims, and its 6%+ reply rate sits above our own 2 to 3 percent planning benchmark, so ask what it counts as a reply. The page does not say who owns the domains it configures. Source: Belkins cold email services, checked 18 October 2026.

EagleRev

Best for sales-led teams with spare closing capacity and deals worth $10k+ in lifetime value that want a fixed-length trial. The product is a 45-day sprint that starts on LinkedIn and scales on email, using sending domains it builds and warms, with a human caller phoning interested replies.

Full pricing is sent in writing before the strategy call. The page says the sprint is a one-time payment with no recurring charges, no hidden per-meeting fees and no 6-month lock-ins. It says a meeting quota goes in the contract and that it keeps working for free until the quota is hit, and that you define "qualified" in good faith.

Its LinkedIn side uses its own tool, InMailer.ai, and dedicated, ID-verified profiles that you approve. LinkedIn's help page says it does not permit third-party software that automates activity on its site, so ask who carries that risk. Nordic Nexuz

Best for B2B businesses that want an agency to build and run the whole cold email process and can work with a revenue-share model. Nordic Nexuz lists infrastructure (domains, inboxes, warm-up, tracking), strategy, offer, copy, lead lists, campaigns, reply handling, booked calls, a weekly review call and a shared Slack channel. It says launch takes 14 days from onboarding.

The homepage offers a pre-sold client pipeline system on a revenue-share model for B2B businesses making between $10,000 and $5,000,000 per client, and says a strategy call decides whether the revenue-share or partnership structure fits. No percentages or prices appear.

It says it serves 180+ B2B companies and has sent 50,000,000+ cold emails and booked 12,400+ meetings; these are its own figures. The page does not state contract length or who owns the infrastructure. Source: Nordic Nexuz homepage, checked 18 October 2026.

Tibexa

Best for B2B companies with a proven offer and capacity for 20+ sales calls a month that want to own the cold email system. Tibexa builds and runs outbound systems covering domains, inboxes, deliverability, copy and multichannel sequences, alongside list building and automation of qualification and scheduling. In practice we work with tools such as Clay, Smartlead and Prospeo.

Clients own the infrastructure, data and copy, with no lock-in, and we judge success by booked meetings. Our planning benchmarks are 2 to 3 percent of sends replying, 15 to 50 percent of replies positive, and 30 to 50 percent of positive replies booking. In one engagement an AI feedback SaaS booked 40+ meetings a month from 1,000+ emails a day across multiple inboxes (case study). The Rapid Lanyard campaign ran on 39 domains with split Microsoft and Google inboxes (case study).

Pricing is not published. We are a poor fit for pre-product startups, B2C companies and anyone who wants leads without sales follow-through. Source: Tibexa's own page on cold email and outbound systems, checked 18 October 2026.

Growth Engine X

Best for B2B companies with $1M+ in revenue, a large target market and a sales team ready for the replies. The offer is cold email infrastructure, list building and campaign strategy. It says it sends 8 million+ emails a month for clients.

No price is published. The site offers a free test campaign to companies that qualify, and says that if it works the two sides partner. Its listed inclusions are cold email infrastructure, LinkedIn data, B2B email addresses, up to 5,000 emails a day, CRM integrations and CRM enrichment, and it says all work is transferable to you, including domains, inboxes, Clay tables and lists. It also says it keeps backup domains warming so a weak domain can be swapped out.

It states its best fit as B2B companies with a market of 100K+ contacts, lifetime gross profit over $5,000 and a sales team in place. It says it is usually not the best fit for markets under 40K contacts, lifetime gross profit under $3,000, or companies with no sales system. Its results figures (such as 62K+ positive responses in 2025) are its own. Source: Growth Engine X homepage, checked 18 October 2026.

Cleverly

Best for teams that want cold email alongside LinkedIn and calling and are willing to get pricing on a call. The service is done-for-you B2B outbound across LinkedIn lead generation, cold email, cold calling, appointment setting and outsourced SDRs.

No prices or contract terms appear on its site, only an offer of a free strategy call. Its homepage shows case-study results such as 41 meetings booked in three months with a 33% reply rate for one client, which are Cleverly's own claims with no method stated.

The homepage gives more than one client count (1,000 active clients in one place, 5,000+ clients in another), and one case-study block still holds placeholder text. Ask for a client list you can call. Source: Cleverly homepage, checked 18 October 2026.

What to check before you sign

Ask who owns the sending domains, mailboxes, lists and copy if you leave. Where the agency owns them, your sender reputation leaves with it. Ask how it defines a reply, a positive reply and a qualified meeting, because agency pages quote different things under the word "results".

Ask how it keeps spam complaints down. Google's sender guidelines require bulk senders (5,000+ messages a day to Gmail) to authenticate with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and to support one-click unsubscribe, and they tell senders to keep the spam rate in Postmaster Tools below 0.10 percent and never reach 0.30 percent (Google). The FTC's CAN-SPAM guide says the law makes no exception for business-to-business email and requires opt-outs to be honored within 10 business days (FTC). Rules differ outside the US, and this is not legal advice.

To judge an agency's deliverability claims, read our deliverability playbook first, and our infrastructure setup guide if you want to see what you would own.

Questions

How much does a cold email agency cost?

Published figures here start at $1,500 a month for Lead Cookie's Core campaigns, $2,400 for OutreachBloom's cold email service and around £3,000 for Sopro. Belkins shows a starter price of $5,000 for its cold email service. Several agencies publish no price.

Who should own the domains and inboxes?

You should, so your sender reputation stays with you if you leave. Of the agencies here, Growth Engine X says its domains, inboxes, Clay tables and lists are transferable to you, and Tibexa gives clients ownership of infrastructure, data and copy. Most others do not say, so ask in writing.

What reply rate should I expect?

Our planning benchmark is 2 to 3 percent of sends replying, with 15 to 50 percent of replies positive. Belkins' page quotes a 6%+ average reply rate as its own result, so ask any agency what it counts as a reply.

Is cold email to businesses legal?

In the US, the FTC says CAN-SPAM makes no exception for business-to-business email, so identity and opt-out rules apply. Other regions have different rules, so check the law where your recipients are. This is not legal advice.
